We participate in the National Administrative Fellowship Centralized Application Service (NAFCAS)

Application Process

INTEGRIS Health participates in the National Administrative Fellowship Centralized Application Service (NAFCAS). NAFCAS is a simplified and streamlined application process for candidates interested in applying to administrative fellowships. 

 

INTEGRIS Health will begin accepting applications through NAFCAS for the June 2026 Fellowship start on June 1, 2026. The application will remain open until September 26, 2025, with a priority deadline of September 7th, 2025.

To be considered for the fellowship, applicants are required to submit the following documents through NAFCAS:

  • Official Graduate School Transcript
  • Three Letters of Recommendation (ONE academic, ONE professional and ONE other of choice)
  • Current Resume
  • Cover Letter (one-page maximum)
  • Personal Statement discussing the applicant’s interest in pursuing the administrative fellowship at INTEGRIS Health, their career goals, and their skills and experiences that will contribute to their success during the fellowship (one-page maximum).

Important Dates:

  • Priority Application Deadline: September 7, 2025
  • General Application Deadline: September 26, 2025
  • First Round Virtual Interviews: September 2025
  • Final Round Onsite Interviews: October 2025
  • Initial Offer: October 2025
  • Fellowship Begins: June 2026
  • Fellowship Ends: August 2027

In order to qualify for the fellowship, individuals must be in the process of completing or recently obtained a Master’s degree focused on health care administration from a US-based university, preferably from a Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) accredited program. This includes MHA, MPH, MBA, or MHSA.

It is important to note that INTEGRIS Health is unable to provide visa sponsorship to individuals participating in the administrative fellowship.
