FY25 Clinical Development Highlights

INTEGRIS Health Jim Thorpe Clinical Development delivered impactful, evidence-based education and training in FY25:

• Continuing Education: Over 120 approved hours offered across PT, OT, and SLP disciplines, including 26 on-demand hours.
• Symposiums & Conferences: Hosted 2 major events including the Upper Extremity Orthosis Symposium and Neurodegenerative Diseases Conference, totaling over 800 CE hours earned by attendees.
• Orientation Programs: Welcomed 114 new caregivers and supported 71 student clinical rotations.
• Career Excellence Development Awards: 101 CED Awards granted through a structured clinical ladder program designed to recognize, reward, and retain rehabilitation professionals who go above and beyond their routine responsibilities.
• Continuing Education Assistance Program: 59 CEA Awards were granted to Jim Thorpe Caregivers to further their education and strengthen their ability to provide the highest quality care to their patients.
• CBIS Certification: Supported 31 caregivers in earning or renewing Certified Brain Injury Specialist credentials.
• Scholarships:
  • Awarded two Jim Thorpe therapists $2,000 for the Nichols Family Scholarship ($4,000 total)
  • Awarded three Jim Thorpe therapists $1,500 for the Courage Award Scholarship ($4,500 total)
• Specialist-Led Innovation: 5 Clinical Rehab Specialists advanced evidence-based practice through education, mentorship, and interdisciplinary care.
