The INTEGRIS Health summer internship program provides an exciting hands-on healthcare administration experience for emerging healthcare leaders.

About the Administrative Internship Program

INTEGRIS Health’s 10-week paid summer internship program provides an opportunity for highly motivated undergraduate and graduate students to work alongside senior leaders in various focus areas within Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit healthcare system.

Internship experience includes:

  • Operational project work
  • Leadership development
  • Clinical and non-clinical shadowing
  • Networking opportunities

Interns will be assigned a concentration in a key department within our organization. Individual department leaders will serve as your preceptor and guide your project work. The INTEGRIS Health administrative fellow will serve as the program supervisor.

Applicants will be considered for all concentrations. After interviews are complete, applicants will submit a ranked list of preferred internship placements for considerations.

Criteria

Current or recent graduates of an undergrad or graduate degree are welcome to apply.

  • Official or unofficial transcript
  • Cover letter: A one-page cover letter explaining your interest in INTEGRIS Health, how the internship aligns with your career goals, and your top three preferred internship concentrations.

Important Dates:

  • Application Deadline: October 31, 2025
  • Internship Interviews: November/December 2025
  • Offers Extended: Mid December 2025
  • Internship Runs: June 2026 - August 2026
