The Heart of a Healthier Oklahoma

Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation

The cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program is a medically supervised, evidence-based approach designed to deliver optimal results.

Tailored to each patient, it includes exercise and education within a safe, monitored treatment plan, with ongoing assessment to improve quality of life and facilitate transition to a self-directed home program.

At INTEGRIS Health Heart Hospital, our multidisciplinary team assists patients with cardiac or pulmonary diseases affecting their function. Your personal physician, who refers you to the program, stays informed with monthly progress reports. The staff includes exercise physiologists, physicians, registered dietitians, registered nurses and respiratory therapists.
