As we shared, due to our inability to reach an agreement, INTEGRIS Health would be out-of-network with UnitedHealthcare after Feb. 7, 2026. However, to minimize patient disruption, we have agreed to a 30-day extension with UnitedHealthcare. If contract terms are not finalized, INTEGRIS Health will be out-of-network with UnitedHealthcare after March 9, 2026.
This will allow us to continue working through the remaining deal terms to reach a fair and mutually acceptable agreement. While we still have several terms to work through, we are grateful that our patients can continue to access INTEGRIS Health services as an in-network provider during this time.
