2025 Annual Flu Vaccine Season Flu Ambassador Information 

INTEGRIS Health Caregiver Health & Wellness team wants to thank you for your commitment to protecting caregivers and ensuring compliance system wide

INTEGRIS Health Caregiver Health appreciates Flu Ambassador's participation in protecting caregivers and ensuring they meet compliance by helping vaccinate caregivers. 

This is a reminder that adherence to the following protocols is mandatory:

1. Access Request: Complete the link for ReadySet Event Manager Access.                                     
2. Documentation: All flu vaccines must be documented in ReadySet at the time of administration. No exceptions will be made. FLU AMBASSADORS CAN ONLY CHART VACCINES GIVEN IN REAL TIME. Access will be immediately revoked for any ambassadors that are charting flu documentation other than what is given in real time. 
3. Instructions and Training: Thoroughly review all Event Manager instructions on documenting flu vaccinations in ReadySet. Additionally, ensure that you review all vaccination education materials before administering any flu vaccines to avoid potential injury.

Compliance with these three requirements is mandatory prior to administering any flu vaccines to caregivers. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the inability to administer flu vaccines on behalf of INTEGRIS Health Caregiver Health.
