Flu season is just around the corner. All INTEGRIS Health caregivers and physicians must receive and document proof of a flu shot by Nov. 30, 2025.
2025 Flu Vaccine Pop-Up Clinic Schedule
Start by logging into ReadySet and taking the Seasonal Flu Vaccine Survey. All caregivers must complete this survey.
Caregivers can receive their vaccination at an INTEGRIS Health pop-up clinic, Caregiver Health or anywhere offering flu vaccines. If you receive your flu shot outside of Caregiver Health, like at a pharmacy or at your INTEGRIS Health primary care provider’s office, you must upload documentation into ReadySet.
