INTEGRIS Health Community Giving Fund

INTEGRIS Health is committed to partnering to improve the health of the communities we serve. Our Community Giving Fund allows us to invest to increase the capacity of nonprofit partners who are working to address the complex issues that impact community well-being. To be considered for funding, your project must align with one or more of our strategic funding priorities.

2025 Funding Priorities

We prioritize funding projects that measurably improve outcomes in the following areas:

Community-Based Health Education & Outreach

This priority supports organizations that implement projects that increase access to care for uninsured or underinsured populations. Including:

  • Activities that expand access to mental and behavioral health services, substance use & prevention, crisis intervention, or suicide prevention.
  • Classes, free screening clinics, support groups tailored to chronic disease prevention (i.e., obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease) and maternal/infant health outcomes.

Community Building Activities

This priority supports organizations that implement projects focused on creating safe and stable environments that allow communities to thrive.

Physical Improvements and Housing:

  • Development or rehabilitation of safe, affordable housing and neighborhoods
  • Creation or revitalization of parks, playgrounds, and community gardens.

Economic & Workforce Development:

  • Job training and skills development programs, particularly those linked to local employment opportunities for youth and adults.

Community Support

  • Programs that address food insecurity or provide essential services like childcare, elder care, and transportation

Environmental Improvements

  • Implementation of community recycling and cleanup projects that mitigate environmental health hazards.

Leadership Development and Training

  • Training for community members on topics like financial literacy, civic engagement, or community organizing.

Coalition Building

  • Activities that bring together community stakeholders (non-profits, schools, businesses, government) to address a common health or safety goal.
  • Funding for the coordination and facilitation of community-wide collaboratives. 

Funding Guidelines

Eligibility

To be eligible for a grant, your organization must meet the following criteria:

  • 501(c)3 Status: applicant must be a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in good standing with the IRS.
  • Nonexempt organizations such as community groups, schools, local government agencies or state or city-connected agencies may apply as long as the funding requested is for programs for the public located in the service areas listed above.
  • Service Area: the project must primarily serve residents in one or more of the following INTEGRIS Health service areas: Canadian, Cleveland, Delaware, Garfield, Kay, Oklahoma, Ottawa, or Woodward counties.
  • Priority Alignment: the request must clearly align with at least one of the 2025 Funding Priorities listed above other innovative projects that can demonstrate a clear and direct link to protecting or improving community health or safety.

Funding Exclusions

The Community Giving Fund does not provide funding for the following:

  • Basic or applied biomedical research or clinical equipment
  • Capital campaigns or annual fundraising appeals
  • Construction, purchase, or non-mandated renovation of facilities
  • Political campaigns or lobbying efforts
  • Vehicle purchases
  • Debt reduction or endowments

Additional Documentation Required

  • One-page cover letter
  • Letter designating 501(c)3 status
  • Itemized program budget for the specific program for which you are requesting funds
  • Current list of board of directors

Application Deadline Extended: December 5, 2025
