Notice of Cerner Data Event

INTEGRIS Health is providing notice of a data event that occurred at Cerner that may have involved the privacy of certain information. Cerner is an electronic health record vendor, and Cerner previously provided services to INTEGRIS Health. INTEGRIS Health is unaware of any actual or attempted misuse of information as a result of the Cerner event, and INTEGRIS Health is providing notice of the Cerner event to potentially affected individuals.

Please note this event occurred within Cerner systems and did not involve any compromise to INTEGRIS Health systems or information maintained by INTEGRIS Health. INTEGRIS Health patient services were not impacted by this event.

What Happened?

INTEGRIS Health previously contracted with Cerner for electronic health record services. INTEGRIS Health was recently notified by Cerner that in February 2025, Cerner discovered an unauthorized actor accessed and copied information from legacy Cerner systems between January 22, 2025, and February 20, 2025. The Cerner event impacted many organizations, and on November 3, 2025, Cerner confirmed that its investigation determined the event involved information relating to INTEGRIS Health patients.

INTEGRIS Health subsequently conducted an investigation into the Cerner event to confirm the event’s impact to INTEGRIS Health patients. The investigation determined that the Cerner event impacted historical information relating to patients who previously received treatment at INTEGRIS Health facilities, as well as facilities that were acquired by INTEGRIS Health, and INTEGRIS Health began notifying potentially affected individuals on December 30, 2025.

What Information Was Involved?

Although the Cerner event did not occur within INTEGRIS Health systems, INTEGRIS Health received confirmation from Cerner that the event involved individuals’ names, Social Security numbers, and information included within patient medical records, such as medical record numbers, doctors, diagnoses, medication, test results, images, care and treatment.

What We Are Doing?

INTEGRIS Health treats its responsibility to safeguard patient information as an utmost priority. Upon learning of the event from Cerner, INTEGRIS Health conducted an investigation into the event, including engaging with Cerner to obtain relevant information and confirm that it has taken appropriate steps to respond, and INTEGRIS Health has been working diligently to provide affected individuals with accurate and complete notice of this event as quickly as possible. Cerner is providing complimentary credit monitoring and identity restoration services to affected individuals, through Experian, and information on how to enroll in those services can be found in the letters mailed to affected individuals.

Cerner is also providing notice of the event to state and federal regulators. As part of INTEGRIS Health’s ongoing commitment to the privacy and security of patient information, INTEGRIS Health is reviewing and updating existing policies and procedures relating to data protection and security relating to third-party vendors, as appropriate.

What You Can Do?

INTEGRIS Health encourages individuals who may be affected to remain vigilant against incidents of identity theft and fraud by reviewing account statements and explanation of benefits, monitoring free credit reports for suspicious activity, and to detect errors over the next 12 to 24 months.
