Expanded Medical Oncology Infusion Center
To meet the growing needs of patients across the region, the Cancer Institute has expanded its medical oncology infusion center, adding eight new infusion spaces and three additional medical offices. “We are absolutely thrilled about our oncology expansion and our increased capacity to care for our patients,” says Thomas Showalter, D.O., chief medical oncologist. “This growth will allow for easier flow for patients which should translate into an improved experience while going through such challenging processes.” These enhancements are designed to improve patient access, reduce wait times and support the delivery of compassionate, timely cancer treatment in a comfortable environment.
