What is Pulmonary Disease?

Pulmonary disease is a type of disorder that affects the respiratory system. This includes lung disorders like asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and lung cancer, caused by genetics, pollutants and smoking.

Symptoms include breathing difficulties, coughing and fatigue. Treatments vary from medication and lifestyle changes to surgery for severe cases.
