Tyler J. Mitchum, D.O., is a family medicine physician with INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Yukon.
He earned his medical degree from Oklahoma State University and completed his residency training at INTEGRIS Health Great Plains Family Medicine Residency in Oklahoma City. Dr. Mitchum enjoys treating patients of all ages with particularly complex medical histories.

I enjoy seeing patients’ chronic health problems improve and realize that they have the power to make changes and improvements that they previously thought were not possible.”
Dr. Mitchum comes from a blue-collar family who lives in the small town of Minco, located just southwest of Yukon, where he still lives with his wife and daughter. He still helps his father run the farm that has been his family’s for five generations. In his spare time, he loves to get outdoors as much as he can with his girls. Dr. Mitchum also enjoys playing and composing new music on the guitar, bass fishing and weightlifting.
