Mitchell Maddox, M.D., is a board-certified family medicine physician with INTEGRIS Health Medical Group in Moore.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed his residency at the INTEGRIS Health Great Plains Family Medicine Residency Program in Oklahoma City, where he served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Maddox is dedicated to building meaningful, long-term relationships with his patients and helping them reach their health care goals through collaboration and shared decision-making. He enjoys treating the whole family, from newborns to seniors.

Dr. Maddox and his wife are lifelong Oklahomans who love living in Oklahoma City. They enjoy going to the movies, biking around the city for a bite or drink and attending OKC Thunder games.
